Bespoke Private Catering Services
Anything, anywhere – birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, or even a summer BBQ.
315 Catering can provide just about any type of catering for a private event, be it a large birthday celebration or a sparkling wedding reception to celebrate the happy couple.
We can create total bespoke packages for private catering; “there is no rule book, it has gone out of the window”, so if you fancy a paella pan with a cocktail bar or a BBQ with an ice cream bar, we can cater for you.
315 can cover all your corporate catering needs.
From networking events to canapé and cocktail receptions, director’s lunches to meetings and conferences. Even exhibition catering to banquets and buffets – we do the lot.
We can even do team building events, for example, our very own hells kitchen.
How it works… enter the kitchen if you dare! This is a totally unique activity, with groups split into teams and given a mystery basket of food. They then have just 30 minutes to create a 2 course menu, then 1 hour and 30 minutes to cook it in.
Case Study 1
Jason says; ‘This was served to 90 wedding guests at a sit down wedding reception at Cawthorne village hall.’
315 served a street food style 5 course menu, featuring Goat curry, rice and peas and freshly made pizza. They also provided a fully stocked and manned bar for the reception.
Case Study 2
Jason says, ‘We served 100 selected VIP guests; the brief on the launch came with a slight twist, in that, all the canapés served had to have a theme of red in them.’
A selection of canapes were served including Chicken marinated in sesame seeds and red chilli, Red mullet with sundried tomato on a crouton and Mulled wine poached pear wrapped in venison.
For pudding, guests enjoyed Red velvet cake topped with a chocolate truffle.
“The canapés went very well with the cars; everybody that came was very impressed with the food and the staff that served them, so we thank you.”
Case Study 3
Jason says, ‘This was a private party for 250 guests in a marquee in the middle of nowhere up on the North Yorkshire Moors.’
Guests enjoyed a set starter of pork terrine, a Barbecue Buffet main and strawberries and shortbread with a vanilla mousse for dessert.
