With crisp linen settings and clean smart décor, the fine dining room will transport you to a world where high-quality food and excellent service are to be expected on every visit.
The menu incorporates the best of modern British with European influences and all of the food is prepared freshly on the premises, with much of the produce locally sourced. In addition to delicious a la carte choices, 315’s chef Jason Neilson offers many homemade treats, from homemade bread and ice cream to petit-four chocolates. An extensive wine list complements the cuisine.
The Conservatory
The triple-aspect conservatory is a stunning dining option with its spectacular countryside views.
Spacious, airy and flooded with light, this elegant dining space offers stunning views across the Yorkshire countryside for you to enjoy as you dine, throughout the changing seasons.
Licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies, the Conservatory can also be closed off to provide a private space for smaller functions such as parties, celebratory dinners or business events, as an alternative to The Ingram Suite function room on the lower ground floor.
The Bar
A warm welcome awaits as you arrive at 315 and enter the stylish yet chilled bar area with its décor of soft greys and reds.
With a fully stocked bar and an extensive wine list, the bar is a relaxing place to enjoy a drink in good company. It is also an ideal meeting point for business after-work drinks. For those celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary meal or function, why not start the evening here with an aperitif or glass of champagne.
